Once someone has  their CCw will they still have to go through all the hoops before being aloud to buy a new handgun? I woundn't think so, but woundt be surprised if you still did.

I believe we will still have to go through the same old procedure to purchase a handgun, I can't see anything in the law that might change that. However I can see it changing in the future possibly. I guess it all depends on how things go for now.
