Well i'm off to the army this spring so being this wont help me.
My girlfriend however will be around, heres the issue shes dyslexic and can't read more than a short line at a time, i think she could pass the test but as far as reading a paragraph of law probably not. She does need her CCW, i know that part of the class so she could knock out two things at a fair price and be able to employ herself on the weekends afterward. So if she did this can you handle teaching someone with poor reading ability, i figure it would work out because as an instructor all she would be doing is administering and explaining the laws and most of the reading can be taped as a video that i can help her make. What say you? |

As an instructor there is a tremendous amount of liability that comes with teaching these classes, so if she were to become an instructor this should be in the fore front of both of your minds.
We can make every attempt at making the class as smooth as possible for anyone with a reading problem or any other problem, but bear in mind that the instructor portion of the CCDW Instructor class requires that the participant actually teach a portion of the class ( 5 minute presentation ).
