Trying to amuse myself. Other than Troy King, there were 5 idiots on display. Baxley is a joke. Billion Dollar Bob is about as believable as my dog.

Luther Strange is someone who talks on a subject and says nothing. Jim Folsom has people after him.

King's opponent should be a preacher because his AG role that he envisions could have been written by a sob sister. He is going to solve crime in Alabama by getting his office to get to all the young and stop them from being criminals in the 1st place.

Sigh.

I watched it from beginning to end, and I was singularly unimpressed with all six candidates.

FTR, I know a couple of them personally and have spent time talking with all but one... but not one of them could hit a lick at a snake when it came to debating last night.

Sadly, the debate I would have liked to have seen -- the two candidates who are probably going to make me split my vote for the first time in 22 years of consistent straight-party voting -- wasn't on the slate last night.

As an aside (and I know that physical size/strength is in no way a qualification for public office), I couldn't help but think in the back of my mind throughout the AG debate, "Gee, it looks like big ol' John Tyson could just walk over and snap that skinny, pale Troy King in half..."

Supreme Court Chief Justice (Nabers vs. Cobb).

For a variety of reasons, I just don't think I can vote for Drayton Nabers... even though I've NEVER voted for a Democrat in my life, and Sue Bell Cobb is very liberal on most issues.

I can't vote for Nabers or Cobb. All Nabers can talk about is God and has a few people saying the same. He was also an architec of the Billion Dollar Bod plan.

As for Cobb, the less said the better.

And that might be the best solution to my quandary, one which will allow me to continue honestly to say "I have never voted for a Democrat"... but it just irks me, for some reason, to leave a spot on the ballot blank/unvoted. Is there even a 3rd-party candidate for SCCJ on the ballot?

I would have loved to have been on stage.

Bob and lucy, in response to your answers on the last question.... YOUR IDIOTS.

I am not only the ONLY candidate OF the people. I am the only candidate with BALLS. Riley hasn't been able to find his in years, and lucy is living off her ex husbands.

Lostwildcat was telling me a story about his instructor at the academey. he told them they were cops and sometimes they had to SHOW THEIR BALLS.

Wouldn't it be nice to see your govenor on tv. When the repoter/democrats ask a stupid question I whip out a set of BIG BRASS BALLS and say.... I AM THE DAMN GOVENOR> HERE'S MY BALLS> SHUT UP AND DO WHAT I SAID.
