I'm pretty sure by the first of the year I will have to file bankruptcy to keep the creditors off my back. My phone has not been ringing, things do not look good for anyone.

Do you have a CPA, or a good accountant? If you do, listen to them, not any of us jokers here. They should be able to point you at a good lawyer.
The steps you take next will affect your ability to earn as a businessman for the next 10-15 years. Pay good people what they are worth to help you out. Best of luck. |
