The only dealer that I know for sure has SAR-1/WASR-10's is Classic Pawn in Chickamauga, GA.  They do all the local Atlanta gunshows, too.

We have one WASR sidefolder for 399.99 (working sidefolder) and just got two new WASR's with std. wood furniture, bayonet lugs, and bayonets on them.  I think those are 369.99
