If so Greater Dayton RTA has some openings.  Union (ATU), AWESOME health ins, OHIO PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM (NO SOCIAL SECURITY TAX!!!) and starts at more than $20 per hour.  You have to pass a 160+ question ASE-type test.  If you pass it they WILL hire you if you  pass an extensive background check, DOT physical/drug screen.  You must have at least a temporary class B CDL/air brakes/passenger endorsement at time of hiring as well.  (You can get it after the test.)  600 Longworth St.  (southwest downtown Dayton by 35/Miami River off Washington St.)  They have five openings spread among the diesel, trolley, and project mobility (handicap-access Chevy mini-vans) shops......
