Just thought I would pass this along. If you don't like Walmart, that's ok. Don't pay attention to this post.

I went in to the local Walmart to pick up some more .22 Federal bulk packs before they go up. Price was still $11.97. When I was there, I noticed that they also had Federal value packs in .223. They were 100 rounds for $39.99. Not a smokin' deal, but much better than the 50 round UMC boxes for over $25.

Where was this at? My wally world raised the price on 40. It was $26.88 for a 100 and now it's $28.97. I was looking for some of the federal 223 but all they had was remington.

They had 4 of the Fed. 100's the last week in Fenton too.

I bought 2 of them. Went back the other day and they were sold out. Asked the guy behind the counter if they were going to get any more and he didn't know. He said that it was an "active" item so he thought the Dept Manager could order more if the warehoush had any.

Guess I'll have to check back next week.

BTW, Winchester .45 acp bulk went up to $29.88 and the 9mm was $19.96 for the 100's. Fed bulk .22's was still $11.97
