i was wondering how it compares in size to a glock 19 pics anyone

I'm not sure about a Glock 19, but I compared it to a Glock 21 that I originally thought I wanted. Both are similar in size and heft. But the grip on the XD just fit me better. Very natural pointer and I could easily hit the slide release with my thumb without shifting my grip around. Handling the Glock left me with a too long reach to the slide release and the wider top of the grip of the Glock compared to the XD had me shifting my grip around on it for comfort as I aimed it.
I bought the XD as it was just ergonomically better for me. I went there intending to seriously look at that Glock. I wound up walking away with the XD instead. |

I have both and like both but you need to get a XD .45 they are fantastic.
