Having concerns on how to install a pearce grip for G21, anyone??
Do I use the base plate or remove it?

The outer? Remove it.
Those tabs on the sides are a PITA. The inner retainer is reused.

So im removing both bottom and ONLY installing the pearce extension correct?

Correct.
The original floorplate is discarded. The spring retainer is put back in the mag.
