India Ord: http://www.copesdistributing.net/product_info.php?cPath=44_60&products_id=2149

I have experience with the Mec-Gar, best mags out there.  I haven't used the India Ord. mags, but the price is good, and Cope's is a well respected company to deal with.

Pretty much a ditto, Mec Gar makes good mags.

I've run several thousand rounds through them through three HPs with zero issues.

No personal experience with India Ord.

Those Indian Ordnance HP mags were sold several years ago by Sportsmans Guide as "Asian Military Contract" magazines and by others as Portuguese Military mags. They were advertised as OEM.

I bought three and discovered they were none of the above. They ARE nearly identical to the Inglis HP mags, but have an extremely rough parkerized finish.

@ $19.99 I would pass on these.

I have 13 Mec-Gar 13 rounders, and a KRD (South African) 17 rounder. All work flawlessly.

About 8 months ago, I went to a gun show where I found .40 cal. Browning mags with the spring assisted release for $5/mag, I bought all that he had (5).  You might want to check out a gun show, you will never know what you might find.

Fury.
