about ten years ago my uncle carried a 649-4 as his back up. as LAPD they do not allow officers to carry single action revolvers so the armory did somthing to it so it would not have that option. recently he gave this weapon to me and i would like to change it back. i dont know if its just a spring or if they grinded down the hammer, trigger, ect. does any one have exp with this any feedback would be great!
