has anybody here tried the buffer tech. guide rod with the buffering bushing on it? is it worth it or junk? I am looking to soften the recoil on my 96 a little. maybe a +2 lbs. wolff recoil spring will have the same effect but cheaper. by no means do I want to lose the reliability of the gun.

I used to use it on my 92FS just to prevent frame bashing but didn't notice any difference in felt recoil. I've found the Blackjack buffer to be more effective. www.blackjackbuffers.com/bjb-beretta-92-recoilbuffer-p-440.html  I'vee put 1400 rounds so far on my first Blackjack buffer and it still looks like new. |
