ETA: I can't give you 'recall' figures, you'd have to contact Glock for that. I think the Glock 17 is 'accurated' to factor of 10. Otherwise, I can tell you that the Glock 17 has very managable recoil and is very accurate. |

The best deals on 9mm are the police trade-ins.
Many of these pistols have a lot more holster/handling wear than actual usage. Some have few actual rounds put through them. It seems like Sig 226 police trade-ins are going rediculously low right now. These pistols are very highly regarded. Brand new they are quite pricey. |

I am personally a glock fan, but you should get what fits your hand and point well for you.
Glock H&K Beretta Sig They would all be good choices. |

This would be like asking the question. "which car is the best".
Price usually is a big indicator. If you want to ride in style get the HK USP. If you want to get from point A to point B all of the time and dont care about the looks...get a Glock. If you want what your favorite nascar driver(Military) has get a....Beretta If you want a Nice looking car that functions well.....get a Sig If you want that old reliable truck that was made years ago and works....get a Browning Hi-Power Best yet....if you cant afford insurance and want to drive a bike everywhere get a....Hi-point  just how I see it. |
