I have an xd.40 and I love it. Its has avery good feel about it and shoots well. I like it more than my Glock 30. If your into safeties then you will also love this gun. From what I have read in Guns and AMMO (THIS MONTHS COVER WEAPON) they say it has the best of the 1911, the glock, and the sig all built into one. I do not think you will regret getting one other than the fact that it is made in Croatia.
