Lets say you were in some shooter's will and you can pick one 9mm pistol from following 4 pistols left behind. Which would you choose?
Kahr P9 Glock 34 Beretta 92FS Stainless Sig 226 BTW. all 4 pistols are in excellent condition. |
I gotta go Beretta....because I have one....and I know it well.
I voted for the Sig 226, but if I could have anything it would be the Sig P210
I would too but its not on the list |
I'd take the SIG. I have one or more of each of the other guns and I shoot a Glock 34 more accurate and faster than I can with a SIG.
Any of them so long as it's like my favorite beer.....COLD and free!
That said..my first pick if give a choice would be the 226. |
I already have a 228 so I don't really want or need a 226 in 9mm (wouldn't mind one in .357sig though)
I like berettas and I don't have one yet... better yet it's a stainless 92FS! My nods go to the 92FS and the Kahr with the glock trailing. IF and when I get a glock it will probably be something other than a 9mm. |
The correct answer is GLOCK 18.
Of what you have listed, the Kahr because my wife needs a new carry gun. If it was for me, I'd take the G34. |
I already have a sig 226 so I would have to take the gun of Walker Texas Ranger the stainless beretta 92fs
I almost said the Kahr, just because it's the only one listed I don't currently have...
... but I had to say the G34 in the end, because I absolutely love mine and it could use a duplicate. |
+1 |

Biased Poll! No HK's! I would have to say the Sig, next would be the beretta.

If those were my choices, I would take the most expensive one so I could resell it and buy another 1911.
Beretta Billenium (I can hope can't I?)
Seriously though I picked Beretta, but that's only because I've shot a 92 before and I loved the trigger. |
Sig 226... but of course I wouldnt complain about ANY gun in good working condition when its FREE...
I'd pick whatever I could sell for the most amount of $$... so obviously the Sig.
I picked Kahr, because I already have some glocks/sigs and Beretta just doesn't do it for me.
Probably the Beretta 92. I've had a fascination with them lately. I have a G34 already, though I could use a backup. I don't like Sig 226's. And I have a Glock 19 for a pocket gun.

As our military has figured out, 9mm is a little light to bet your life on.
However, as a gun nut, lots of 9mms are fun at the range and historically interesting. Make mine a vintage Luger! |
I'll take people who can't answer a simple question for $300. But seriously, the depends on application, the Glock would make a sweet "tactical " gun, the Kahr a good CCW, the Sig or Beretta would be good too though. Is this a hypothetical Q&A session or is this for real? |
I vote for the Beretta because it's the only one I don't have. But If I didn't have any of the four, I'd take the Glock.
Which ever you like best or fills a need in your collection. Personally I would take the Glock 34 because I have the rest.
I do not like SIGs for several reasons. Even so of the list available the 226 would be my pick. I could probably swap it off for a new G34 and get some free ammo as well! :)

Glock 34 - I consider it to be one of the finest handguns in the world.
Just a hair below a custom 1911. |
