| Could anyone tell me where I could get a thread protector for my Tactical, and about how much it will run me? I'm going to try to start carrying it to the range in a kydex holster, and I don't want to ruin the threads during my draw, even if it is a slim chance. Thanks in advance,all. |

I got mine from Larry at CCFA. It actually got mine in exactly one week and fits like a charm. It also has an O-RIng inside it as well. His price is a bit cheaper too but doesn't have the O-RIng. www.trosusa.com/ The ones from Advanced Armament and the factory ones from H&K are on back order for about 6 weeks or so. It will ever so slightly. Draw the gun from the holster about 50 times, and it will break in nicely. The rough texture will chew out some of the suede lining, but it will still work just fine. Scott |
