Buddy - thay all come with normal capaicty mags. Box is clearly marked "Not For Sale in CA."
You'd have to find the mags and get the XD with no mags.
They just don't sell them any other way AFAIK.

Springfield does make a California model with 10 rnd magazines. All dealers that I have contacted are out of stock. The SKU# is XD9402SP06. The high cap model is XD9402HCSP06.
