This maybe a silly question, but always wondered why Sig doesn't smooth (dehone) spelling?, the edges on their pistols, my P220 could use some on the slide under lug below the muzle, and perhaps very little on the ejection port, it is a little rough going in and out of the holster

I would imagine this would help the finish last a little longer in those areas as well, could this be done at a custom shop without jeapordizing the slide strenght? I love my CZ anniversary for this reason, very smooth
