I purchased a pair for my 220ST. These are fatory act mags. Act makes these mags for Sig. the only think missing is Sig's name on the mag.

Mec-Gar was making factory mags for the p220 the last time I heard.

I just purchased 3 ACT MAGS from CDNN (8 rnd Sig 220).   These are also known as Novaks.  These magazines are 100% performers!  I fired 24 rounds through each magazine and had not one failure.  The finish on the magazines are really nice also (mine are blue).  The finish makes inserting and releasing the magazine even easier (IMHO).  I highly recommend these mags.  I will be ordering more.

One more thing.  As I understand it, the same people that were making Mec Gar are the people that are making ACT MAGS.  Theses magazines are also marked made in Itally.  

Get the Novak mags.  They are good performers and the price can't be beat.
