I think I'm in love. It had the FDE colored slide (not gold).... the trigger was even pretty nice on it (dry fired it
a few times). They wanted $780 for it. 
Dayum. Looks like I'll need to hit gunbroker or somewhere with some decent pricing. -ZA |

If this gunstore wasn't an over-priced HACK of a store, I'd have bought it on the spot. I may try to get one off gunbroker or from G&R.

The VTAC and 5" Pro pistols are really hard to find right now, so I'm not surprised the asking prices are going up. I read on the M&P forum a guy called S&W to find out how long the wait would be, and apparently he was told by the S&W rep that the 5" M&P9 Pro was backordered by 3,000 units.
I was lucky to have literally stumbled onto a 40L at my gun shop, and snatched it up. |

They supplied pistols to Belgium (take that FN!) and the Philippines. So now they are amping up their production big time, so M&Ps will be showing up back in stock soon. |
