Anybody know anything about this pistol,40 cal w/11 round mag!   Feels good havent shot it yet,and its a little bit of a bitch to put back together!   My guess is that all smith autos are!

Like the nice model 915 in 9MM, the 411 was made as a budget model, aluminum frame, no frills 40 caliber version of the more expensive 4006.
With less machining and a plain finish, it could be offered at a much lower price.
Yes, Smith autos are unique in take down, especially if you are accustomed to a 1911 type.
Those 411s and 915s only came with one magazine, again to keep the purchase price down.

You shouldn't be having any problems putting the gun back together. Have you tried to get someone else to try it, perhaps someone with a good bit of gun knowledge? No slam intended.
