Excellent! Love the 2" format of the 686

1982-vintage S&W Model 49 Bodyguard... I got this last month and it is now my CCW piece. Since the photos were taken I have added a Tyler T-Grip, which is pretty nice. I then added Eagle Secret Service grips, which are even better! It lives in my front pocket in a Mika pocket holster and goes everywhere I can legally carry. I plan on carrying this revolver until the bluing is gone, and then sending it to Mahavosky's Metalife for their hard chrome finish. |

| You guys have some seriously nice S&W guns. I don't have a wheel gun and it sure seems like something to add to the gun collection; however, is it true that S&W's wheel gun quality has gone down the toilet? I'm not up to date on stuff, but that's the 'rumor' I hear. It's along the same lines that I hear about Winchester rifles going to crap. Any truth to this??? |
