Yup, still in Pullman, I finish up in Dec. though so then I don't know where I'll end up.
I got my free one from S&W about a month ago, it only took a week and a half to get them, I was actually surprised by the fast turn around.

I checked my receipt before I left home this A.M. and I purchased my 99 on August 15 which is the cut off. I am glad I didn't buy it any earlier like I wanted to. So I will be sending off for my two free hi-caps. Thanks for the info.!
