My friends owns a 96G and I have a load of 92FS mags that I no longer need (sold gun), can he use them without jacking up his 96G?

Thanks,

Jacking up his 96G

Not sure what you mean by that, but I will assume you mean malfunctions/damage?

They are two different calibers, which require different magazines.

If you really want to find out for yourself, load one magazine with .40SW and see if if works. No damage should occur. Malfunctions are likely.

If you are giving them to him, why doesn't he/you just sell them and buy the correct magazines for his pistol?

He'll have to modify the feed lips or use proper magazines.
