I found one.  It is new.  I want it.  I want it bad.  Price is ok, but I've been looking for this thing forever.  Should I pull the trigger, literally?

Well, I bought it yesterday.  I'll post pics when I get back into town.  I love this thing!!!!!

Edit:  This model has night sights and came with three normal cap mags.  The Mags are stamped LE only.

Crappy digital camera pics.  They don't do justice to this beautiful device.

I've got all the glock .40's, so time to collect a few other brands.  This one goes very well with my Sig 229 in .40.

If you don't mind, what did you end up paying for it.  By the way, nice pistol!!  I want to get one in 9mm.

The price that was on the pistol was $849, but I asked if they could do any better on the price.  They came down to $800, which I jumped at.  This 226R came with three normal cap mags and has the factory night sights.  I guess it is considered the law enforcement version, and has LE only stamped on the mags.

That is a good price.  I get mine next week in 9mm.  I am going to try to replace the 15 round mags with the 17 rounders that the Navy 226 comes with.

Did you buy it Brand New? looks like lot of wear on the breach and trigger. Maybe it's just the photo.
