Have a SP01 shadow and need a owb holster that is idpa and uspsa approved.  What holsters will work for both?

Any non-drop, non-offset would work for both styles of shooting.

However, You can buy a configurable holster also that allows you to set it up for whichever style match you're shooting.

The Comptac International allows for different configurations.

KT Mech makes holsters for the SP-01 I plan to get one for mine.  I just recently got one for my P09 from them and it is very well made.
Pic of holster.  I got the Akela with the hip drop and Tek-Lok and additionally I got a 1.5 belt look attachment that I can swap between if I do not want it dropped down.

Is that legal for both uspsa and idpa?  I know the rules are slightly different for each competition.
