The XD is a really sweet gun, beyond all my expectations.  I would have to rank the Para and the XD as my two favorite.

M4_Aiming_at_U, I love my para.  It is very accurate and compact.  My only problem is that my 2 hi-cap mags had to be modified to work properly.  The two hi-caps wouldn't catch, so the slide wouldn't lock back after the last round.  They worked great, but they wouldn't lock the slide back after the last round.  It has been an excellent gun and I would highly reccomend it.

thanks for the compliments.

Modified in what way? I have some double stacks that are starting to exhibit that behavior.

I sent them to Para and they extended the little hole where the slide catches the mag..now that are perfect

Different controls on all of them. Good luck trying to figure out how to manipulate them in a hurry when the SHTF.

Remember the saying:

Beware of the man with one gun, he probably knows how to use it.

innocent bystander, yeah those revolvers are complicated peices of machinery.  What is with you?  Seems like you like knocking people.  Just enjoy it.  So we're really stupid if you familiarize yourself with many different weapons.  Yeah,  that's a good plan.  If the shit hits the fan, I'd rather personally know how to use any weapon I can get my hands on.  But I guess we should all just get rid of every gun we have except one.  Hah?

Of the three revos one of them has a cylinder catch different than the other two and all four of the autos have different controls. Just something to consider if you carry one daily and put another in the nightstand.

Great pics!  I like how the light coming in the window gives a slightly blue cast.

innnocent_bystandar, thats an interesting approach to owning a lot of guns.  But I can hold my own, as long as you can hold yours. he
