Here is my collection in all of its glory. I want to finish customizing my GI and put some different sights on the rest of the handguns.

I would say Glock, but instead i'll say Hi Power.

Get a G17 and learn to love the polymer (it took me a while to convert over, too, but danged glad I did! ).

If you can't do that, get a S&W N-frame.

That's a pretty well rounded collection.  Probably what I would get if I had the money.

Out of the list I'd get a .45 ACP revolver.

I was thinking that I'd get a .45acp revolver but I am not sure on which one. I was thinking that the M22 Thunder Ranch is pure sex. If I had my choice I would get rid of my Ruger 22/45 and buy a MkII or MkIII.

You need more! I recommend at least 2-3 different guns in the same caliber minimum.
Oh and if you already haven't done it, put a Wolff spring kit in the GP 100. It makes a world of difference.

I'm definitely trying to keep to the more readily available calibers. I wouldn't mind having another 1911. Maybe a Colt or a 9mm Springfield.

Remember, Quantity has a quality all of it's own.

Get rid of the MK III 22/45 and find a MK II version.

Other than that, get either a M625 or the M22. Full moon clips rock.

Do you only have revolvers or is that just a third of your handgun collection? I definitely need to buy a revolver that has a better trigger than my two Rugers.

That's just my revolvers. I own a few pistols. A Glock 17, Sig P226 and four 1911 style .45 autos and a CZ-52 and two Makarovs. I don't have a picture of them though.

Thanks for sharing.  I would go for a Sig.  A very nice compliment to your collection.

If you want to try, get a Glock 19.  If not, a Sig Sauer is nice (P220).

I'd go with a big bore revolver.

Go to Wolff springs and buy two hammer springs for that GP100 and the SP101. It is very easy to replace the hammer springs (reduced #). I did that with my GP100 and the trigger is as good as my S&W Model 19. If you take the grips off of the GP, you will find a pin in an inset of you grips. That is to be used to help remove the hammer spring.
Do it! You"ll see what I mean.

Yeah, based on what you have, I have to say Glock 17 as well.

I know you said you don't like polymer but you need a Glock. If you can't do that a M&P, USP or Walther P99 would be fine too. Another good choice would be a small CCW pistol like a Kahr K9.

Ever shoot a P7M8?  You can get a P7 PSP for a killer price these days from CDNN.  Seriously, the coolest 9mm money can buy.  Though the hipower is awesome as well.

I know everybody is recommending a Glocks and XDs but I have had both and can't get used to either. If I was to go back to poly I would probably pick up an H&K P30 or 45. The USP felt like a brick in my hands. Like I previously stated I want another 1911 but in a compact size. The Colt New Agent looks sexy as does the Kimber SIS Ultra.

I'd stay away from 3" 1911s, especially Kimbers (and I am a Kimber owner). Look for an Officer's frame with a Commander length slide. STI, Kimber, Wilson Combat, Nighthawk and others make this setup.

Nothing is more fun than a wheel gun with moon clips.  Either a 625 or a 610 in 10mm.

I have both and love them.  610 can shoot 40 SW or 10mm.

Who makes the Colt SAA replicas? I wouldn't mind a SA revolver. I have also considered a Hi-Power as well. At least they're both metal.

+1

The Kimber Compact Stainless is nice as are the others of the same size. Or a Colt CCO if you can find one.

Everyone needs a Glock in the collection (even if it's not your favorite).

Sig 228 would be a great addition (my favorite Sig). Not a fan of the elite.

Springfield EMP. Small 1911 with cheap 9mm ammo.

HK P7M8. It's a classic.

For your consideration:

Browning Hi-Power
HK P7
Springfield EMP

Any of those would fit into your current metal motif quite well.  I personally like the idea of the Hi Power.

I'm a Glock fan, but I can respect that they don't appeal to everyone.  I can't find a place in my heart for the XD's... no matter how much I try them and people rave about them.

I like the emp. Also the sigs are good(I like myp229). Or one of those sig pro polymer thingys might be cool.( I know you don't want polymer, but they are cool)

Whats the trigger like on the Hi-Power and HK P7? Its my understanding that they are both SA which is my personal favorite.

A Glock G-19 or a Ruger Single Six.............
