Time to replace my PT 1911, recoil spring. 45 ACP 230gr. Looking for make and vendor recommendations. Too many to choose from, like the dog food section at a pet store. Thanks.

Recoil not equal Main spring.
Wolff gunsprings or ismi springs. Only 2 manufactures you need to know.

You might as well order the spring kit through Brownell's and change them all out. Wolf or Wilson will treat you right
