I just picked up a Glock 34 in the LE program and I was under the impression that these came with adjustible sights and a competition trigger.   Mine came with Fixed sights (swapped out before my first range trip) and the trigger feels heavier than my stock Glock 19.  Anyone have any insight?

my G35 came with adjustable sights. the trigger should be 4.5 lbs as opposed to 5.5lbs on standard Glocks. your G19 my seem lighter because it is broken in. also note that Glock does not recommend a trigger lighter than 5.5 lbs for a defensive pistol. this could be a real big deal from a liability standpoint in a defensive shooting. use the 3.5 ,also called the 4.5(same part) connector at the range but use the standard connector when carrying to avoid legal bullsh-t "hair trigger" testimony in court.could the standard connector already have been installed as it was aquired by you in a LE program? i have heard that depts issuing the G34/G35 do this.

It is my understanding that blue label Glocks 34 &35, are sold with the standard weight connecter.  It wouldnt surprise me if they also come with standard fixed sights.

i thought it odd that it had standard sights, maybe "blue label" is a LE issue G34/G35 with the standard connector and sights from the factory? blue is the cop color after all.

The blue label LE G34 & G35 come with fixed sights and a standard connector.

^this. They figure why pay more for the adj sights when you just replace them with night sights anyway. The standard trigger pull, from my understanding, is so the Defense Attorney of the guy you shot on the job has less of a platform to stand on when cross examining you in court.

Yes.

This gets asked over and over...FIXED and STANDARD CONNECTOR for blue box.

Some people have gotten lucky and have adjustables and 3.5 connectors, but this is NOT the norm.

So are all LE glocks have a different trigger then a standard off the shelf glock?

No this is only the case for the g34 and 35 which are normally sold as competition pistols "stock." Frankly the 3.5lb trigger is worse for me anyway so I wouldn't mind if I got a 34 with a normal 5.5lb trigger.

Blue labels are suppose to be exactly the same as any other Glock.  The only difference is that they come with 3 mags and a reduced price.

this seems not the case with the G34/G35 models for reasons previously mentioned.

Yup, since my Blue label 34 came fixed with a 5.5.

The way you worded this, I am not sure.   Yes, Blue Label G-34's and 35's come with 5.5 connectors and fixed sights.  Just like any other Glock that is not the Civi version of the 34 and 35.
