Going to buy, should crush the shield in sales.

Biggest thing I see is some new gun owners don't like how small the 43 is but you put a shield in their had and its game over cause the frames big. I'm talking zero rounds fired, clips, going to the shootin range gun owners.

If that becomes the everyday price, most gun stores near me are selling 2.0 shields for 450 and gen 1 for 299 on a sale 399 regular

Not sure if it was for t&e or if final production differs but the 48 had a short dust cover making it look like a mini 34. Barrel was like 4 inches.

Not really. Again t&e not final products but surprised there was no rail. I wouldn't personally get the 43x but maybe the 48.

From what im reading, not even close to comp it to p365. The 365 is very close to size of g42. I pocket carry a g42. It is perfect. I really want the 365 to pocketcarry even though the 365 is just tad bigger and heavier....but 9mm in pocket is most betterer. If glock 43x roughly same size, weight, and round count as 365 with glock reliabilty......they could not make enough guns to support demand.

If 43x bigger than 43....no way to everyday pocket carry like the 365.

Yeah basically a 43 but wider and longer grip. 48 sights tracked flatter to me. Recoil a tad snappier than a 19 but very mild.

I wouldn't compare it to a p365. not a pocket gun unless you are one of those guys who pocket carries a g19.

I saw post talking bout glock 43x against p365. Wait. What a new glock the size of p365, oh yea. Then i saw what folks sayin size might be. Oh well. P365 still all alone in that size/cap.

The Glock 46 is a Glock 19 sized gun with a rotating barrel that does not require the trigger be pulled for field stripping the pistol. The gun was designed for German police. They shoot a “green” 94gr copper solid that cooks along at 1400fps that is absolutely brutal on guns and the change was required to meet their endurance requirements.

If you punch it into google you will find a few articles in German showcasing the gun.

It is the Glock I am patiently waiting for.

A) This is a laughable response to the P365. If I want a longer grip, I’ll utilize a P365 extended magazine and get EVEN MORE shots than this new Glock POS.

Hell yeah. This is the one X model which makes sense. Making a compact grip fullsize is "meh" but making a baby/subcompact G43 into a compact, single stack G19ish gun? Awesome!

I don't really care for the 43, but this I like.
I shoot the other Glocks fine, but the 43 is difficult for me. For now I have a shield when I want a smaller pistol.

I disagree. Look at the sheer amount of people adding +2 to +4 mag extensions on their glock 43.

An 8 to 10 round G43 will sell faster than the 19x/G45.

What I don’t get though, is that if the article is correct and they’re adding 4mm, You’re only 1mm shy of a G26. And have a longer grip. Just doesn’t make sense to me. Want a better grip on the G26? Well with the 12 round factory mags, they feel pretty good.

but, but, but, the 26 isn't new...

They may be figuring that when carrying IWB, the thinner 43 slide will be considerably easier to conceal, and the grip portion, that is above the waist line doesn't make as much difference when carrying concealed.

I'd rather have a thin, longer 43 grip, but I can see the logic. The worst part of IWB carry of G26 or G19 is the thickness of the slide in the waistband.
