I dropped my G19 last time I was at the range and the front sight popped out.  How hard is it to pop a new one in, do I need any special tools to do it?  Thanks!

I will assume it was the standard plastic front sight.  They are very easy to remove or install.  The base will be oval and split in two lenghtwise with litle tabs on the side.  Just snap it in place.  There is also a very small plastic post that you insert verticaly into the split in order to wedge the front sigt into place.  When done it will look like this something like this, except the dot (smalll plastic post) will be centered:  (.)

Edited to add:  You won't need anything but a pair of small needle nose pliers or tweezers to insert the pin.  No force is required, but the pin is so small it may be hard to hold on to with just your finger tips.
