Good work!

Just out of curiosity...what's the price point?

Nicely done.  I always love to see something new on a 1911, and I've never seen a stippled recoil spring plug.  You may or may not be the first, but it's a nice touch.  Oh, and I like the rest of the gun too.

Thanks to everyone for looking and posting and all the kind words. I really appreciate it.

yep...that would figure.....I just moved from Winchester to SC.  I'll be in town from time to time....may just have to drop off the springy for a stippling treatment--looks fantastic!

(weird....I have one of your business cards.  I picked it up at Winchester Hunting when I was trying to find a place to thread a barrel when the AWB died)

Cool! Its clean lines and simplicity give it a very "Business" look.  How do like the Caspian frames/slides as far as fit, quality and ease for fitting parts?

Caspian frames and slides are some of the best there is. I would rather work on a Caspian frame and slide than any other. They hold very tight tolerances and are always high quality. You wont be disappointed if you use them. The other 1911 parts they make arent bad either.

I have used Caspian as well and would give them a +1.

Nice shooter there, Fireblade.  What are the grip panels?
