i was recently given a FN 1906 "Browning Baby" by my fiancees mother.

it belonged to her father who fought in europe during WW2 but there are no bring back papers.

question 1: whats with all the peening on the right side? was there possibly something there that had to be removed before it could be brought in country?

question 2: does anybody have or know where to find a detailed schematic for this pistol showing part names and assembly directions?

question 3: there are several parts missing from this pistol but since i dont have detailed drawings i have no clue what pieces or where to find them.
closest thing ive seen is at www.gunsworld.com/belg/fn1906_us.html and it looks to be in belgian or german which i cant read.

can anybody tell whats missing by the pictures linked to  below?

ignore the mirror reversal on the second set of pics its a webcam and is setup to be mirrored, its the same pistol just the pic is reversed.

question 4: the barrel fit is extremely tight, i have to push it forward by hand to get the chamber to close all the way, if this a normal problem with these adn what is the best way to fix this problem?
