I don't mind. The problem with these things is.. GLOCK will only sell them to LE agencies. Not officers, I tried. So when one DOES happen to slip out of an agencies hands to a civilian, the price SKYROCKETS. They are available to agencies, new, with 3 mags, for $459. This one is new, never fired, but technically used because I didn't buy it new. I got it from a private seller online. He only had 2. 1 he wanted to keep for himself. I gave right at $600 after everything was said and done. Which I know, is high, but you just can't find a reasonable price on these damn things. One, coincidentally enough to the above poster, was a U.S. Marshall, that had bought one from the Marshall's service. He wanted $900 +ship and transfers. I found a couple for $800, and one for $600, but he would never email me back. Those were all used ones. Mine is new. 3rd gen, with the loaded chamber indicator and all. Full cap-mags. I hate to pay so much for it, but hell, now its over, and I got it. I can get a letterhead from my agency for one, they said it was cool. I just don't want to fool with the red tape and risk any sort of trouble for me, the dealer, or the agency. So I bit the bullet and paid extra. |
That is an outstanding collection! |
![]() I drive an old Honda too! My '92 Honda wagon is my favorite car (we have a new Honda as well) and I'm not getting rid of it any time soon. |
