Hello All! I just got my hands on a FEG Hi Power clone and I was wanting to find out if there is a extended safety that is basically a drop in for this piece or will I have to have a smith do some fitting to get one installed. I already took the mag safety out of it and the trigger improved by 100 percent. Thanks for any suggestions. |

I used a Cylinder and Slide extended safety on my Argentine FM HP, and it was almost drop in. The instructions were simple and they even paint the areas that you fit, so you really can't screw it up unless you go hog wild with the fitting. It's as close to drop in as you'll get, and it's very easy to install. Do it if you can. It made a world of difference with the safety. Not only is it much easier to use, but you also get positive clicks like a 1911. |
