I have been calling them all day and it keeps saying all circuits are busy. there customer care is really starting to piss me off.

I will never buy another taurus for the fact that I never want to go through issues with them.

Decent guns, shit CS. That's been my experience with Taurus having owned two of them.

That recording usually means there has been a cut cable or fiber optic cable somewhere betwen you and FLA. Different recording if they disconnected the phones.
