I have a model 19 that is my CCW for the past 9 years and will continue to be used for that purpose, however I want to have a full sized model with a high powered round, so my choices are the .357sig @ 15rnds, 10mm @ 15rnds and the .45acp @ 13rnds, right now i'm leaning to the .357sig.

What do you think

G21 - ammo's cheap, powerful.  The only drawback is the size of the pistol / grip.  I found mine to be more accurate than my P220.

Another vote for the 21.  Make sure it fits your hands before you buy it though.

Thanks for the advice and I have to agree, .45acp is the way to go, plenty of ammo choices and a proven round, so a Glock 21 it is.

I'll differ with a vote for the G31 / 32 in .357Sig...very nice combo and Texas DPS says it works better than the .45...I have a G32 that I have come to prefer to my .45's.

Yes.  Buy all 3! Take the time to shoot all 3 and pick the one you shoot best.

I vote for the 20...I want to buy a 29 someday so the more of us that buy 10mm's the cheaper the ammo...

skip the big gun.  trade your 19 for a 23.  why train with 2 different sizes/recoils.  why train for an additional gun?  a g23 shoots hard and fast.  since i bought mine in 2000, i've sold 3 full size autos, including a g20 because i just didn't need them.  and more importantly, every round i sent down range through my g20/cz75/p14 was a missed opportunity to get more proficient with the gun that is on my hip every waking minute.  why flush 10 years of training?

I went from a 23 to at 27 to a 29.  I love them all, but I won't be giving up my 29 any time soon.  It conceals well and you can use a G20 magazine and grip adapter to get 15+1 round capacity.

I'm also hoping Glock will produce a full-capacity magazine for the 29.  11+1 or 12+1 round capacity, depending on configuration, would be easy.

How's a dozen rounds of easily concealed .41 Magnum (equivalent) grab you?

I say 20.  You can hunt with it in some areas (deer that is).  Ballistics with full power ammo put it in the .41 magnum range.

I looked at info on factory loaded 10mm and didn't see anything that was as powerful as the .41mag, what brand are you refering to?

I'd get G21. It's very easy to find ammo.

The Winchester 175 grain Silvertip is close but the 10mm falls alittle short to the .41 mag.

You can order ammo from doubletapammo.com that is full power for 10mm.  Much of the commercial loadings are on the pussy side of things.

I load my own.  10mm kicks some serious ass!

Get the G20 or 21.  You can't go wrong with either, although ammo for the 21 is easier to get.

Love my 20 and thinking of buying a 29.

Like the Nike commercial says, "Just Do It."

Reminds me of a snubbie .357.  I get a semi everytime I shoot mine.  Little hand-cannon, it is.

Nothing wrong with any of them.  A G21 is a solid choice though, for many reasons.  Just pick one, they're all good

Look at my username... guess which one i prefer...
Bottom line, though...
Be sure the one you get fits your hand well,
And be sure it points natural for you, too...

Another vote for the 21. .45acp, Have one, and CCW used daily. Accuracy/reliability, and bet yer azz on it comfort. (no offence to the 1911 guys, I like those too, just like the polymer frame/capacity of the glock.)
