Hi,

Maybe somebody has some ideas for me..  USPf 9mm about 20,000 rounds...all of a sudden it is shooting 3 inches low at 10-12 yards from a supported benchrest position...still okay right and left just consistently low.  The groups of 15 all touch, just low.  Anybody have any ideas?hinking.gif

Shoot Higher...?? Just Kidding.. Have you checked for barrel play when locked up? Have you changed ammo..? When you say all of a sudden did this just happen overnight or has it slowly been getting lower?

"All of a sudden"...well, the last two IPSC matches have not scored as well as my average, but I figured that is just me.  Same with the two practice sessions, thought it was just me.  Total of about 400 rounds.  With a bench rest test yesterday, discovered the hitting low issue.  Same ammo, have ruled out ammo for reasons not worth taking the time or space here; i.e. other USPc not a problem, etc.

Try some commercial ammo if you're reloading & also have a different shooter try them too. I cannot think of a mechanical reason a semi would just jump up & start doing this on its own?
