I've got a CZ 75 Compact that hits consistently low. Like 5" low at 7 yards. I also have a CZ 75 B Omega that shoots to point of aim with the same ammo out to 20 yards.

I was wondering if there were some good adjustable options so I can dial this pistol in?

LPA makes a set you could probably use. I'm not sure you actually need it however as closer shooting on any gun will result in low hitting  shots.  Have you tried it at 20 yards? If you bought it new what range and grouping did the test target show?

5" indicates there might be something else going on...

It hits low out to 40', which is as far as the range I regularly go to has available. I'll check it again at a longer range this weekend.

But like I said, my full-size CZ 75 is spot on POA/POI out to 20 yards.

You should be able to measure your actual POA/POI offset and use that to calculate the height of the new (lower) front sight you need. Drift out, drift in. Done.
