I'm looking for a different trigger for my Springfield WW2 milspec.

What I'm looking for specifically is a longer trigger which is a rough match for finish (blued is fine) and won't alter the appearance too much (no holes) so it will still look USGI.

Most of the replacement triggers I see are skeletinized and stainless/silver colored and I don't think that would look right on a milspec.

So, if anyone knows where to find, or who makes a replacement trigger that fits my description it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I checked Brownells and although I did find longer triggers without holes in them, they were all stainless/silver aluminum/etc.

Try the usual suspects: Midway, Denny's, Cylinder & Slide, Wilson, Brown's, etc. etc.

Well, none of those places have got one like I'm looking for.

It's kind of surprising considering the number of 1911 custom parts there are.

If  I could find an old M1911 trigger that would fit the bill...

Then try Numerich Gun Parts, they carry old parts so they may have your 1911 trigger.

Call King's Gun works.... www.kingsgunworks.com

I believe they may have what you're looking for, I seem to recall seeing a similar trigger from them recently.
