Last week I bought a used Bianchi UM84R holster which was missing the 'D' ring on the flap.  I contacted Bianchi to see if I could buy a replacement ring, and Nancy from their CS department said that she would send me an entire new flap free of charge.  I was really surprised and, of course, very pleased.  It looks like the 'Mike Dillon Warranty' is catching on.
