Stuck inside on a perfectly beautiful day with a raging headcold. I really want to get the bagpipe practice chanter out and work on some tunes, but worry about permanently cootifying my pipe with this crud I have stuck upstairs. I don't want to play, then heal up, then get sick again later this week due to some crud I left in the pipe.
Is it even an issue? |

No, it's not an issue.
Once you're over the cold, your body will have an immunity to it. You've got every cold you've ever had, but your body has learned to deal with them. You can't re-catch a cold. Just don't let anyone else play your instrument until you've cleaned it. |
