My brother-in-law is interested in buying a 93 Z71 Blazer with a 350 in it.  The thing is in really good shape.  In fact it looks really sharp.  A friend of his is selling it.

I'm with 1911greg.  The Kelley Blue Book is the most widely used I think.

www.edmunds.com probably has the best info about real used car value and good and bad points and things to look out for, recalls, and such.

If you are just looking at values, go to www.autotrader.com and see what most people seem to be asking.

www.kbb.com is the easiest to use, and has the greatest "authority" in the market place, being the traditional source (what's the bluebook value?)  .
