So about a year ago I sold 1000 rds or 223/556 brass for $50. I through it on KSL and it sold in a day. I see people selling brass like that for $100. That seems way high. Its just once fired dirty and still has old primer in.
What do you guys think is a good price to post it at?

Well, I just bought 20 pounds of Lake City 5.56 off the EE for $60 delivered.

20 pounds is roughly 1500 pieces.

Last gun show I went to back home had a dealer selling new primed LC brass for $100 per thousand.  He had drums full of the stuff along with everything else you could imagine.  I wouldn't pay more than $50 shipped for used brass.

I can get 5.56 brass local picked up and sorted for $2.50lb at range 37

Scrap brass shell price is $1.89-1.99lb according to how much you bring in here in fayetteville.

1000rds is around $40 or less according to what it is

$40 is what I have sold 1000rds of 5.56 brass for.
