My little sisters boyfriends younger brother (so i kinda know this kid) did not register. It has been like 6 months. He got a letter the other day saying that if he didnt he was going to be sent to jail or a $200,000 or both. I was just wondering how serious they are about this.

BTW this kid is a total douche so thats porbably what he needs. He steals from his family all the time.
