I've been doing a few runs for LE jobs. Any suggestions on diet/exercise to do in the week/day before the scheduled endurance test? I put 2 years into school so don't want to blow it now!

 Thanks in advance-

Just make sure to hydrate the day before the event. And have a moderate breakfast in the morning. You don't want to go running on a Denny's Grand Slam. Try drinking a glass or two of orange juice to make sure you have enough glucose in your blood that you don't get hypoglycemic.

As for exercise the week of, you should be running well before the week of the event. The actual week of the event, maybe do some light running, but try to remain rested for the week. Don't do anything that will risk injury.

Good luck.

Do NOT drink milk in the morning the day of the run. Other than that, stretch, drink some water and perhaps take a couple pain pills.

If you don't already have a good sleep schedule, get to bed early for several nights before the testing dates.  On (physical) test day, I would get butterflies in my stomach so I would just eat peanut M&Ms up until the orientation.

Try to run thee miles every other day. Three sets of push ups and sit ups, everyday. If you do that you will be fine.

Well I passed two runs this week for PD jobs. (Have already been offered one position and told I will be offered the other). I am certainly not a great runner, soI was careful about what I ate the evening before and the morning of. The evening before I ate a salad with with a little bit of pasta, and a small jar of diced peaches. The morning of I ate a big apple, and a small jar of diced peaches. I made sure to drink lots of water the day before and the morning of. Passed both runs with ease.
