I am due for a subscription renewal so today I broke out the credit card and went to renew. I added the item to my cart, went to check out, entered my new shipping and billing address, entered my card into, and submitted the order. I was told that my billing address wasn't correct. So I went back, double checked, and went forward to try again. This time I was told that I had a duplicate order submitted (or something like that). Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
