What does the expiration date say? Then add 2 years.

With most canned goods, if it is clearly not bad (No smell, can not bulged, not too many iridescent colors) it will only have lost some nutritional value.

Spam has no known nutritional value, so yeah, 87yrs.

Not just Spam but properly stored canned food can last 20 to 100 years.

The Spam will last a lot longer than the OP if he eats all that.

<------- has Spam in storage as well.

I would go this.
But watch for bulges.
I've had relatively new cans still in date go bad and bulge.

Last week we made "Spam fried rice" which is leftover rice, Teriyaki Spam, and frozen peas stir-fried in the same pan.

It was surprisingly good for leftovers.

The weak link is the powdered eggs.  3-5 years shelf life.

I ain't eating my Spam without eggs.

i don't understand why someone would actually buy spam instead of the numerous canned proteins out there that don't taste immeasurably awful.

in my short-term prep boxes, i have canned ham, canned corned beef, canned chicken, canned tuna, canned sardines, and a few other fish that i don't even remember.  and that's on top of the dinty moore, chef boyardee, and campbell's chunky soups, plus homemade jerky.

seriously--survival food doesn't have to be horrible.
