asked me "do you have a husky dog"

I dont but my neighbor does. here lately he has been howling 24-7 and has woke me up several times. He also has been getting loose a lot.

he is a good dag and whenever I am working in the yard i pet him and throw him his ball some. The neighbors dont do anything with him pisses me off. they dont walk him or spend any time with him at all.

i figure one of the neighbors got tired of the constant howling and called the police.

Its a trap don't let em in.

Should offer to take the dog off their hands if you can afford it.  I know huskies can be costly but they're awesome dogs.

I'd still make the offer and if he says yes the dog has a good owner for how ever long it lives.  They say no, no harm no foul.

You could have answered in a sultry voice:

"No, I don't have a husky dog, but I'm pretty husky myself, big fella!"

Like this >>>>

And then the cop would have been all like this and shit >>>>

And then you could have been like this >>>>

See, ya gotta play these situations for the humor.

Link Posted: 1/27/2014 3:59:51 PM EDT
OP, why would you even answer the door if the police are knocking? If you haven't committed any crimes, there's really no reason for them to be there..

I figured this was the case but I still don't know what it means.

ETA:  My neighbor either got a new dog or it just decided to start barking around 5ish years ago.  Damn thing barks at no particular time of day and isn't told to stop usually for hours

Anyway, other neighbor gets a dog, leave it out all the time, big surprise! It barks too!

I'm probably not the only frustrated as hell neighbor though.

I really hope you are being sarcastic.

If not, what if they were coming to ask you if you noticed anything weird cuz some little kid was kidnapped, or was coming to inform you of a death? Not everything cops do is shooting dogs or hassling you oddly enough.

Huskies as a breed were bred to be working sled dogs.  By nature they are very active and need daily exercise.  They do get agitated and restless when they don't get exercise.

Stop using the term incorrectly.  It make you appear to be extremely uneducated.

What is JOINDER OF PARTIES?

The uniting of 2 or more people as the co-plaintiffs or as the co-defendants.

What is JOINDER IN PLEADING?

This means to accept the issues that are raised in a suit by the opposing party.

What is JOINDER OF OFFENSES?

the joining of several different charges of criminal actions into the one case.

If I was a cop I'd leave those guys alone just to avoid the WTF. Maybe that's the whole point.

Oh, ya.  I loved dealing with them.  The look on their face when they demand something cause its their right, and you whip out a pocket constitution in say fine, show me where it says that in here and I'll let you have it is priceless.
